D.O. Rías Baixas

D.O. Rías Baixas, located in Galicia in north‑western Spain, is synonymous with fresh, Atlantic‑influenced white wines. The region’s cool, humid climate and granitic soils are ideal for Albariño, producing wines with vibrant acidity, citrus and stone‑fruit aromas, and a marked saline, mineral character.
