Medium to deep ruby red colour with garnet reflections at the rim, indicating its evolution through aging. Bright and clean, with good clarity and a slightly translucent core. Moderate viscosity, forming fine, slow tears that suggest balance and elegance.

Elegant and well-defined nose, with aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle notes of dried herbs. Aging in oak barrels adds refined nuances of vanilla, toasted wood, sweet spice, and a delicate hint of leather.

Smooth and balanced on the palate, with polished tannins and fresh acidity. Flavours of red fruit are harmoniously integrated with notes of spice, vanilla, and gentle toast from oak aging. Medium-bodied, with a long, elegant finish and a refined, slightly savoury character.
